Located about 40 miles east of Atlanta, Trueheart Cane Corso is a small kennel that truly believes that the Cane Corso is an exceptional dog. Owned an operated by Gaylord & Jeri Cleveland, they strive to promote every aspect of their dogs.
Gaylord is so involved in training his dogs that in 2006, he completed the Continental Kennel Club Professional Dog Trainer Course and graduated as the Honor Graduate of the course. He trains his dogs 5 to 6 days at week depending on the various competitions he attends. His dogs have titles in obedience, agility, personal protection, weight-pulling, and Irondog, they are now working toward Rally and Obedience titles in the American Kennel Club.
Jeri assists in the daily operations of the kennel and the care and well-being of the dogs. We believe that our main objective is the temperament of our dogs.
While showing and working events test the beauty and heart of the dog, the true test is taking the dogs out in many different public places and having the dogs behave. All the dogs have gone through very intense socialization training and all the adult dogs have passed the American Temperament Society's test.
At Trueheart Kennels our dogs are our companions, protectors and family members.
